First of all:
I really want keep two's turbo setup. I have drove 1JZ-GTE with T78 and i very impressed when it kicks a bottoms at 4500 RPMs. But cruising in city, i'd prefer twin 2-way turbo. With 500HP under the hood.

I don't know how much boost CT20 turbos i have can handle (i have japanese 2JZ-GTE, with ceramic turbos). But i sure - 1.2 kg/cm2 and 360-380 HP and they will die.

The first opinion - to install two CT26 (from 3S-GTE motor), or - HKS GT2530, GT2540.

Is there another ideas?

I believe he's referring to the JSpec ceramic turbines.. people call them CT-20 sometimes.

You can always do what Mani Jayasinghe did with his red BPU++~~~ car - he was able to pull 500whp from his stock turbochargers, but that was quite an extensive amount of mods for "just" 500whp. 500 at the wheels is pushing the limits of the fuel injectors, and really pushing the limits of the US/UK [export] spec turbochargers.

Now, you said 500hp under the hood - does that mean you want 500hp at the crank, or at the wheels? If you want it at the crank, I'd say that you need a set of US or UK spec turbochargers, some 550cc injectors and a little tuning. People have seen 500 at the crank with just that many modifications.
