some specs of what i should be running.
already have a Precision turbo 62e .60a/r compressor 3" inlet 2" outlet, .69 exhaust T4 on-center. picked it up used for an excellent price... couldn't pass it up. i plan on running around 25psi on this unit.
Picking up MAP-ecu for fuel manipultion with other supporting fuel mods. I currently have 550cc's which i think i'll max those out, so upgrading is being considered.
plan to get that Megan Racing 7mgte manifold as soon as 935 Motorsports gets them in. i believe its flanged for a 50mm WG.
i have an HKS EVCIII boost controller.
i'd like to push 500+rwhp with this set up.
here are the questions:
if a manifold is flanged for a 50mm WG is it necessary to run one that big? can you go with a smaller WG? what size do you guys recommend?
if i were to get one with a 12psi spring could i still run up to 25psi by way of the EVC? or does that mean i'll be limited to 12psi no matter what kind of boost controller is use. or should i just get a WG with a spring rated to the boost i want to run?
i've heard people here and there telling me to stay away from Tial WG's? why is that? are they that unreliable? and which WG's on the market going to be the most reliable? i don't want to just throw money on a NAME... i want something that is proven to work good.
