i have a greddy type s blow off valve i think it sounds awesome. a high pitched wistle. but alot of ppl like the hks ssqv hks is more money but the greddy works and sounds fine. the 7m gte should have the stock by pass ( dunno if you are getting that with the motor you are buying) as far as piping im having bic performance build me some but spearco makes a direct stock replacment core that fits in place of the stock intercooler that is good up to 600 hp i believe and spearco is a well known name for quality. i plan on buying this intercooler and a guy i know has one and seems to like it greddy makes a inter cooler / piping kit but i think its upwards of 1800 dollars for the mk3 thats a bit much for me but i dunno what your budget is but as far a brand name i dunno if id be to concerned i know alot of ppl that use ebay knock of intercoolers and they say they work fine as well. i liek greddy and hks both but ive aslo found that the smaller custom speedshops you find here in the forums that are dedicated to fabricating parts for the supras and or turboed cars. bic for example now has all my business due to the divorced downpipe and test pipe i got form him thats why i wen tback to him for intercooler pipes. hope i helped

Driftmotion.com sells do-it-yourself ic piping kits and some nice intercoolers that you can choose from ;). Most ppl on here make thier own kits I think (That's what I'll be doing on my rebuild.). The best part of that is you can run the IC piping through the old intake hole by the passenger headlight and reduce the amount of bends in your setup and add a little more ponnies compared to the hardpipe kits that are sold. And before you ask, no, it's not hard to do, you just need an imagination on how you want your pipes to go ;).

BOV's: Depends on what you are looking for. A fast reacting BOV is the HK$ SSQV. A BOV that will get rid of the most air in the least amount of time would probably be the Tial BOV, but it's slow to open. Some ppl use both HK$ and Tial in tandem. The HK$ would open quickly to get rid of the low boost pressure's and the Tial will open on higher boost to dump the excess compressed air into the atmosphere.

Turbo Timers: I've heard of some problems with GReddy timers, I have a harness for the timer and I plan on getting the HK$ type 0.
