Hey everyone,

Does Canadian Tire sell Chilton magazines for our cars? I have a few car problems and I was told by a few people that Chilton's is the way to go. Any feedback on where I can get it or something like it would be great.

negatory my friend. i would suggest that you get the real thing(the TSRM), much more in depth and just better. contact your toyota dealer to get one.

however, the TSRM is alittle pricey so if you insist the chiltons should be available at advanced auto parts or some place like that. the tsrm is also online through this site, in the tech section, informative links, first post first link.

Okay, you NEED to buy the TSRM if you can't get around it being online. It is great, and will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know.

The Chilton's book is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, I went into mine to see how to remove the starter, and it literally said "Remove starter"...then when i looked to install it, it said "Installation in reverse" hahahahah, it sucks, i threw it away after that, it's wortless.

So do yourself a favor, and get a TSRM, pricey, but WELL worth it. Or you could just print out the pages you need...

I have the Chilton's and EVERY official Toyota book for my '88 Supra (TSRM, TEWD, etc.).... the number of discrepencies between the two are unbelievable. Definitely better off to stick with the TSRM.
