ok well the code 24 is intake air temp sensor, and 34 is abnormal turbo pressure. and after that last night, everytime i start my car it instantly starts billowing white smoke, the smoke smells kinda like burning rubber. and the turbo wont build boost. my mechanic said that i might have melted my intercooler piping because the car got to hot from boosting or somthing. but the bad part is i cant look and see because my car is now 20 miles away from where i am now. so i was jsut wondering if anyone had an idea on what i broke.

ok guys, ive been researching and i guess the code 34 comes on when you hit fuel cut, and i did hit fuel cut so that really eliminates that code. but i still dont know what the code 24 is about. like i said i was doing a pull then my car stopped boosting and had a lot of trouble just keeping speed, eventually slowong down enough to pull off . that is when i saw the huge plume of white smoke behind me. HELP PLEASE! my car is on the side of the road still and i need to find out how to fix it!

i actually got my car towed yesterday and started taking it apart to see what happened. and turns out the nut that is on the shaft of the compressor wheel came off and got sucked into my turbo completely destroying the fins! and i was only running 14psi on a turbo that only has been on my car for a year. :(
