Does anyone know where I could find a diagram for where the bottom hard line coming out of the charcoal canister goes? I saw that it wasn't connecting to anything at all. I noticed that there's a pipe/grommet coming out of the firewall that also is connected to nothing and I'm wondering if it goes there.

Nothing goes to it. Its vent tube.
the one coming out of the firewall is the evaporator drain. Nothing goes to it either.

It goes through a metal tube, down a hole in the frame rail, with a grommet.
