So I've got an issue, the rear end of the car can't get properly aligned unless these tabs are actually working well they have bent themselves and allow the bolts to spin. I see that they are welded onto the sub frame. Would it be possible to have these bent back straight and welded on the side so they no longer spin and hold like they are supposed to? or should I buy new ones from Toyota(if they have them) and weld new ones on the car?

I would just bend them back and weld on the out side of them(not where the eccentric hits the tab).

My old car did this and it was a pain to get aligned.

Yea, I've got someone who is going to do this, just wanted to make sure that it was a good idea and not something that would ruin the alignment ability.

Those tabs were all bent outward on my old car. For the front and rear, to get them straight and true, I grabbed a washer that wouldn't fit inside where the eccentric bolt goes. I ground down two opposite faces, keeping the outer edges the same distance from the center bore in the washer. Then bolted it down securely inside where the eccentric bolt goes, used a hammer and punch to drive the tabs back to 90°. Did that for all of them, then ran a bead behind them so they never moved again. Alignment guy loved me for it.
