CEL on... tell me what the blinking means

i used a paperclip and jumpered E1 and TE1 and my check engine light went ... BLINK pause BLINK BLINK BLINK. I have tried searching for what the different codes are and was not able to find much so if anyone can tell me what this is that would be amazing!

That's a code 13. Check the cam position sensor and circuit.
