I'm rockin the N/A and i have complete exhaust, intake, plugs, wires but I want more... I have the turbo fuel injectors:naughty: , can i install them to my "ge" to get more fuel? I'm sure i will have to mess with the ECU, but how do i go about this? :1zhelp:

unless your adding way more air theres no need for the turbo injectors if your staying n/a. You will run mega-rich, as if we dont run rich enough already

A lexus AFM would require even larger injectors IIRC

I would need to look at an NA afm. I dont wanna take mine out so Ill have to look at some.

Can anyone post a pic of the inside of te AFM?

How about using all turbo electronics and lexus afm with 550s on the NA. It would be like running a turbo without a turbo. When you get bored of the NA, just slap on a turbo. :bigthumb:

NA afm is a flapper valve. If you open it up some, you will need to make the flapper bigger to cover up the bigger hole. Too much work for such little gain.

Ohhhh. The NA AFM is a flapper valve. That explains the size and difference from the Turbo one.....

That is a lot more money and work... Good idea though, but i have the turbo injectors just lying arround, i wanted to put them to good use! How much would it run to get all the turbo electronics?

Drop the afm all together and go maft-pro.As for more air to go with the turbo injectors you have, look into a wet-nitrous system, tune it with the maftpro.You can have your cake and it eat too, if you have a mhg already that is

I will never shoot nitrous through my supra!!! I dont want to get all hard core on this engine because i will be 1JZ sometime within next year... But what is Maft-pro? < i know a dumb question... I hear about it all the time but what is it?:aigo:

ECU ~ $85
HAC sensor ~ $15
CPS ~ $45
Coil packs ~ $45
Ignitor ~ $45
Lexus AFM ~ $125

Total ~ $485

These are average prices, if you look around you can probably get everything for a bit cheaper then those. Yes it is a lot, but you figure with this setup, you will be able to run it to just about whatever power your heart desires.

Best thing is to not get the Lexus AFM, go MAP ECU, MAFT Pro, Greddy EMU, or good old HKS VPC.

Also, the advantage of this is you buy it over time. You won't have to have all the money up front..... Just my .06 cents.. :bigthumb:

If your going 1JZ... Don't waste anymore money on the 7M. Post the injectors on eBay, they sell all the time for around $40 -$50.
