well I made a thread earlier on this... kinda.

dont mount it on the turbo side of your engine, not good. the cruise control sounds like an awesome idea... but thats where my ps resevoir is now :(

I actually fit mine right inbetween the alternator, the intake manifold, and the shock tower. It was tight but i cut out some sections of rubber hose to cover the corners so I don't get any vibrations/metal-on-metal scraping when things flex. Haven't had any problems.

I can get some pictures if you want

By the way the can is not bolted in anywhere, it sort of fit in that wedge perfectly and after securing the hoses with some zip ties it really doesn't move anywhere, it is kind of cradled in the mess of wires/connectors below.

Hope this helps!

Yeah it's definately not the prettiest setup I've seen, but I'm currently in the process of just trying to get everything running right so for right now it gets the job done lol. When I bought the car it just had breathers and used to smell like exhaust in the cabin and smoke out the exhaust once warmed up. Miraculously once I put the CC in it stopped smoking and as I expected I no longer get out of my car smelling like I just mowed the lawn.

Hey i got a quick question for ya!

What type of BOV is that? Tial? Greddy?

Greddy Type S, and the one in the stock location is a Bosch 110

Sorry for such stupid questions, but how do you like it?

Does it sound alright? Like a flutter, or a whoooosh of air?

it used to flutter and that's why I had to add the bosch. Flutter is NOT good. Even on the loosest spring setting it would still flutter at very low boost or even when I let off the throttle before getting into positive boost pressure (like right around or below 0 psi). I bought my car with the Greddy so I don't know how old or what kind of shape it's in. Some people have had better luck than me.

UM....

The flutter may be coming out the intake, but that's because of compressor surge. It's due to the bov working incorrectly.
