what are you think about cast manifold like this

is it possible that give better response and toque due to higher backpressure and the shorter lenght of runner

I would tend to think not as a cast manifold is rougher inside and also isn't going to have as equal runner length.
Also backpressure isn't a good thing on a turbocharged car, I would think that the i.d of the manifold and the angle the exhaust exited the cylinder would make the biggest change if you were to build one.

Besides a tubular manifold looks way better.

cast manifold will help out in the spooling department, but tubular is going to give you better overall power in the end

You want good scavenging effects on the exhaust side and with a turbo car minimal to no back pressure. A equal length twin scroll tubular manifold will out perform a crappy cast any day.

apexi287: do you have gt4088r?

what a/r are you using?

do you have any torque before 4000rpm

i have one but .95 a/r and 1jz,and i dont have torque until 4700-5000rpm

i'm tinking do swap to 2jz or 1.5jz and change to .85 a/r for low end torque

Yes I do with an .85 a/r spools very quick with great street manners. I build torque consistently up to 4k and past, a graph shows my torque at 300 ft/lbs right at 4k. Also consider the fact i don't hit full boost until about 3.5k.

you only have 10 pound of boost , and you have 300ft/lbs at 4000rpm!!!! :aigo:

i touch 300ft/lbs at 4700rpm but at 20psi

can you post your dyno sheet

Dyno sheet is in my thread, single/stinger take a look if you'd like there's a lot in there.
