resurrecting from the dead.
anyways, thought people would like to know. finally had time over spring break to get things running.
Got the car to start, run, and idle every time. So, these are a few things that i have done to the car. 255 walbro, 750 injectors, fuel pressure regulator, built bottom end, stock cam gears, and maft pro to tune.
I had to adjust the fuel pressure to its lowest possible because of my injectors. so off vac, pressure is at 22 lbs (lowest possible). on the maft pro, set my global to -12 and low at 400-1200 at -15. didn't want to set my global down to -48 like i had it. timing is set per tsrm. also, i had to open the throttle plate/gas peddle lever?? (it's right on the throttle body) a little. with that, the gas peddle will be really sloppy so i had to adjust the tension on the cable. from there every thing is fine.
I'm pulling vac at idle 800 rpm -.5 bar (7.25 psi) and I hit boost at about 3700 rpm with a bad tune.
hope this helps others.
any other info just post here or pm me.
thanks guys.
