When I put the key in, it beeps a few times then I press the clutch all the way down, turn the key and nothing happens, so I re-press the clutch and it starts up. A friend of mine said the clutch safety switch might be going bad, what do you guys think it is? Also it only starts up after it is primed and the beeps stop, which isn't a big deal for me anyway because I always prime the car, put my seat belt on, then start it.
Car won't attempt to start sometimes, maybe clutch safety issue?

1) There's a good chance your friend is right.
2) The beep doesn't have anything to do with priming.

Yea the beep stops when I put my seat belt in like it beeps 5 times or so and when I put my seat belt on the second or third beep it stops, so I figure it's a seat belt reminder or just normal start up beeping lol.
You will hear it do it everytime you put the key in to the on position regardless of what your doing.
Do you have mats? My supra wouldn't start & i went into cussing & what not until i saw the mat was in the way.. :3d_frown:
Quick question that is a bit off topic but better than making another thread. If I were to upgrade to a full turbo back 3 inch exhaust, how much of a PSI increase in boost would I get?

But most see 10psi some see 13psi others 9psi and so on..
I personally saw 10.5psi during the day and sometimes 12 at night on wastegate pressure. but this was also with a different intercooler/piping and intake
Yea I figured it would vary I wanted to get an idea of what kind of boost creep I would get with a full 3in exhaust setup. Thanks.
I checked the TSRM and could not find where the clutch safety switch is and also how the hell do I change the passenger side corner parking light? The one right next to the grill, I have been trying to figure it out and it is driving me nuts and couldn't find that in the TSRM either.

Look at the firewall above the clutch pedal.. Its right there.
And as for the parking light.. Theres a screw on the side of the light. Take that out and then IIRC you sort of pivot the light out.
