car will not accelerate ..code 51 and 22

Ok im asking for my friend. He just did a Na to a turbo swap. It was having problems boosting so he though it was the wiring job that he had going on so he bougt another complete harness and Ecu. And now car once you give it about a quarter throttle it stops accelerating.

Code 51 and 22 are the only codes that it is throwing and he said that he didn't think that would effect the acceleration.

Any ideas he's really getting frustrated with it.thanks

Hey guys so I recalibrated my tps and code 51 is gone. I took the car out for a spin and It was doing the same thing. Basically it won't idle too well (surges 550-750 rpm), and during a drive it will accelerate and start boosting then it hits what I have dubbed at as the 3000 rpm wall. It just seems like it gives up and stops accelerating altogether. I did check the timing and it is indeed at 10 degrees btdc. The car was originally at 89 n/a sport. I swapped a rebuilded 7mgte, every component was checked and the engine was compression tested by my father (performance shop owner). The only "mod" if you will is a walbro 255 that I purchase when the car was still n/a. I changed the pump and the filter togther and that was it as far as that is concerned. I am pretty stumped as to what the issue is. The only code she is throwing right now is 22 which would be a water temp sensor issue, but the only temp sensor that needs to be replaces is the cold start injector temp switch. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ok thanks i'm going to work on getting rid of that tomorrow. Just real quick, does this sound like a fuel or spark gap issue to anyone? I think I will pull the plugs and check out the gap. Also I as I said I am running the walbro on the stock wiring and fpr. Could this also have any bearing on the issue?
