I went to a local road corse. Autobahn south. It was about 95 deg f out and at the end of the sessions my Temp was about 105 c thats about 221 F. I was on it hard but I would think that the cooling system mods I have would have helped. I listed my set up below.
3 row alum rad
New water pump
12 in puller fans with shroud
new hoses upper and lower
160 deg t stat
1.1 bar rad cap
Stock turbo
Commetic Hg. (the good one)
arps tq down
Even got the Ic block off plate (no a/c bs)
CF hood with reverse scoop.
The car does fine on the street and highway and getting on it but the track just seemed to heat up. Not sure what else I can do.

I recently did this type of racing with my car and found that after 2 days of flogging it around the track I has stirred up some bits from the block which plugged my radiator tubes DX

Here are a few things to check that are relatively easy-
Does the radiator flow fully
Is the water pump pumping well
Do the fans run all the time (they become a restriction at higher speeds)
Do you have a bottom splash guard under the IC/Rad? This helps greatly, or so I'm told, although I have no info backing it up.

This said, I amnot 100% sure what is considered a normal temp for an engine that's being pushed hard...

How are the fans controlled? With a probe in the fins of the rad? What kind of fans?

Probably should try to switch back to the factory fan clutch and shroud just to see if it gets better. If it does, than you know its the E fans your using. Hopefully you have the E fans that are mounted on a big shroud covering the whole radiator versus the E-fans that comes with their own circular shroud and only pulls air through the part their mounted on. The key here is to pull air through the whole radiator versus just the small spot the E-fans are mounted on.
