Ok guys

1990 Mazda MX6 Turbo GT

Seems to be in freakin MINT condition, black, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN

Need a head gasket

650 bucks.

Deal? Or should my friend keep looking? Anything i should really watch out for with these cars? Ive been talking and watching some video of old friends. These things really move when you put some money in them!

Hey Kwnate, if you could read youd find out my friends looking for one!;)

Probes are something tolook at as well, this one jsut poped up and hes started looking at it!

Well its gonna be a daily driver, but his dad doesn't want his first car to be something like a supra or rx7, so hes looking for something some-what cheap to fix up and drive to school.

Preferably turbo.

id rather have an NA as a dd. reliable and still a whole bunch to fix.

well for 650, yeah. it'll be fun, but i'm from the standpoint that it'll turn into a money pit. all of my cars do. this equals pissed parents, which equals no ugrading. unless of course you can sneak it all by em (which isnt really hard to do, in my case)

The only good mazda's ive seen are rx7's, several friends of mine have owned the turbo mx6 and the probe gt turbos and both have issues with HG, tranny, and turbo failure. I wouldn't touch it, cheap turbo cars = big maintenace costs and repair costs.

dont forget the mazda 626. i had an 86 626 lx with 234k miles on it, everything still stock on that car...then i flipped it.
