I have already replaced all of the following: Both front calipers, brake lines, ABS actuator, and the brake master cylinder. Yes I have bled the lines numerous times and this problem will not go away.....any ideas?
pull the abs fuse and see if it goes away. if so you have a bad abs sensor or the abs serated rotor is not perfectly round. I had a abs rotor get very slightly bent when a wheel bearing was replaced and had to get a special gauge to measure the outer circumferance of the abs rotor as i turned it and then pull the edges back out to make sure it was inspec. very tight specs. the rotor has to be round to send the same wave signal to the abs computer.
you may have a bad caliper piston. if the piston doesnot go completely in and out with operation it will grab the rotor harder or softer. May have a bad brake fluid line that is not allowing fluid to flow freely in and out.
