recently my car has been being weird, i was racing my buddys car and at 5k in third gear its start spouting and it does it in 4th at 4k. it sounds like a miss fire. does anyone know whats wrong with it?

how are the spark plugs?
do you have shimmed waste gate? boost cut?

new spark plugs were changed at 96k and i have 111K, and for mods i have cat back exhaust, hard pipe, thats it. and im not losing boost just sounds like miss fire
