cant understand why?

i cant figure out why this is happening but abot 2 months ago i changed the radiator and the upper and lower rad. hoses i also cahnged the thermostat.. but when the car i cold the upper rad. hose becomes flat but as soon as i drive it and it heats up the hose becomes normal. does anyone know what may cause this?

well my brother put it in there but i think im going to take a look at it today to make sure he put it in right.

Because your system pressure is less than atmospheric pressure.

Or just get a new one...I suspect your cap is not allowing coolant to be pulled back into the rad when it cools down. Or, the line from the coolant resv bottle is blocked.

If you pull the thermostat, cut the jiggle valve off and make sore the remaining hole is at the top like Nick said.
