I replaced the head gasket on my 87 7M GE, but I cant figure out where to connect one last tube.

It's bent in sort of a twisted L shape and about 25cm long when stretched. It's hole is about 7mm and it has hose clamps on either end. One end of it connects to the throttle body, right next to where the PCV pipe connects, and it points off in the direction of the intake manifold and then I believe down toward the fuel rail, but I cant for the life of me figure out where the other end attaches.

I'll try to get a couple pictures up if I can get my hands on my girlfriend's camera, but any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

perhaps sounds like the ISC (idle speed control) hose that connects to the ISC itself (the thing that kinds looks liks another TPS, but oriented sideways on the front "end" of the intake manifold. Are you saying it connect to the "front" metal tube that runs across the 3k pipe? If so thats what it is

Ironically LoveMy7MGTE seems to be looking at the same part I am (thanks for the pic), its the short tube at the end of this, but now I have no clue what the longer metal pipe is it's connected to.

this is what I had thought it was (pic I found online), but even if the hose I have isn't this I need to know what is supposed to connect there.

That is a coolant hose. It leads down to a fitting on the block under the intake manifold. Its purpose is to pass coolant thru the throttlebody to warm it up. Then the coolant goes to the ISC valve to warm it, then on to another connector on the block under the intake manifold.

the picture that james posted looks like the hardline going to the powersteering idle up valve... the side that's circled appears to be the side that goes under the intake manifold...

edit: aaannnd, jimi beat me to it! :)
