Can this wastegate run at 12psi without boost creep?

I am planning on running a Holset Turbo on my Supra. I have removed the stock 18psi actuator and I am contemplating converting a Mitsubishi 10psi actuator.

My concern is the size of the wastegate, the hole is .75" and the flapper is 1.125". Will I get boost creep at 12psi?

If yes and I were to port the hole larger to 1", will I still have boost creep issues?

im not sure if you will have creep issues but there is no reason why you cant port the hole out some more and this will help if you do have boost creep.

More important is what is the AR of the turbine housing....

A loose ar can use a much smaller WG than a tight one without creep issues.

The turbine housing AR. is12cm

Or you can do like we did and port it out and reweld a new flapper on the wastegate arm....
