Can the CPS cause an oil leak?

Ok so for some reason I always have an oil leak coming from my passenger side engine bay. It's a small leak but it's always there.
The thing is when I drive the oil hits my fan and sprays it only on the passenger side. So tracing it is almost impossible at this point. I've been replacing things trying to pinpoint it but I have nothing so far.
It seems to collect the heaviest where the power steering pump is but I still haven't found a clear solution. I have noticed that the cps does have a little bit of oil in it when I checked it that keeps appearing. Would the oring on the back cause that kind of leak?
I'm open to all suggestions right now. I'm planning on a rebuild this summer but I need to fix this asap
Thanks

Yes. There is an O-ring on the end of the CPS that usually leaks, Get one from the dealer.. I guess they can also leak internally past the shaft seal and into the cover like mine...

Pretty sure it's not power steering, doesn't seem to be losing any fluid but I'm replacing those hoses since I have them off.
I know there is oil for sure. It's weird tho because I noticed since I got a catch can there is a big splash of oil behind the intake filter after I drive the car and it blows smoke from time to time. I'm sure I have it hooked up right and it's sitting on the intake side near the alternator. Tho I'm still abit lost

To use the dye, you need to clean the engine first, then run it for a few minutes, shut it off and look for the leak. By the way, I found regular untreated Mobil 1 glows olive green under UV, so the die is not really needed if you use Mobil 1. I had a similar leak and it turned out to be the exhaust cam seal.
