By the way, I noticed that the 1989-92 mirrors do not have symmetrical bodies as can be seen in this pic:

he probably forgot to remove the old rubber gaskets from the 87's... they fit perfectly fine, and i know you wouldn't expect anything less than perfect suprra_girl...i drive an 88 with a full 89 exterior conversion so yes i have tried this and yes it fits fine, if my digi cam wasn't broken id take some pics... you'll like em.. believe me.. dont forget to only have one gasket on each mirror ;)

the 89+ are way sexier... the 87-88 ones were way too round for the square- ish look of the supra... if i had money to spend i'd get the euro manual folding ones but hey, we cant win them all

Hey there suprra girl....if you aren't in a rush I have two sets I will be selling once I figure out the mirror glass issue I'm having with the Jpn Spec folding mirrors. One set is white, the other brown/metallic. They both have stress cracks at the top of mirror to upper part of mount ( I hear this is pretty normal) . I think they are more pronounced on the brown ones. Just thought I'd throw it out there. The browns are from an 89 and the whites from a 90.

you still got them mirrors tony? the 89-92 ones?
No, I don't.

There is a funny story to those mirrors:
I bought them on eBay from Mello from his red car that he was going to build up before I even got on the forums quite some time ago.
Then I had them up for sale, and who of all people buys them? the guy that bought Mello's chassis (GrandLordKhorne). So those mirrors are back with the car they came from originally, but not before I sanded them for the intended paint job.
