had both my stock 440's redone and flow tested, as well as a set of Nippon Denso 550's. For some reason each injector was tested at a different PSI and the results just seem too similar to me for them being 440's and 550's. Did they make my 440's into 550's? Vise versa? Or do these results actually make sense?
Here are the results:
OEM 440's (#23250-42010)
Fuel Pressure: 37psi
Test "A"
STD CYCLE
1. 102 2.9 Ohms
2. 101 3.0 Ohms
3. 102 3.0 Ohms
4. 102 3.0 Ohms
5. 99 3.0 Ohms
6. 103 3.0 Ohms
Test "B"
STD CYCLE
1. 111
2. 112
3. 112
4. 111
5. 112
6. 112
Nippon Denso 550's (195500-1370)
Fuel Pressure 35psi
Test "A"
STD CYCLE
1. 120 2.1 Ohms
2. 125 2.1 Ohms
3. 135 2.1 Ohms
4. 110 2.1 Ohms
5. 133 2.1 Ohms
6. 121 2.1 Ohms
Test "B"
STD CYCLE
1. 130
2. 131
3. 133
4. 128
5. 132
6. 131
What exactly do these results mean? Are they good? I don't want to drop those 550's in and try boosting 25psi with the Nippon Denso's performing like OEM 440's.
I have no way of contacting the shop that did the work on these. If these results seem too vague, sorry, but that 's all the info written on these reports.
Thanks for any help.
