Can I get away with a touch up for now?Pics inside

Hey Guys

These are the areas that need attention on the body. I know I eventually have to completely respray it,Im not trying to get away from that but Ive spent most of my budget on my engine rebuild , transmission conversion and replacement of most parts so in the meantime while I save up for a proper House of Kolor paint job I wanted to know if it is possible to fix these spots so the body would look half decent.

Roof fade - this means the clear coat is going/gone.Ive heard polish will improve it but nothing but a respray will truly fix it.

Some a$$ decided to key the entire left hand side while the engine was being rebuilt.

another dent on right hand side. Not too deep and hard to see in this pic but I definitely need to fix this asap. Obviously a bodywork problem rather then paint/rust

the only mark on the car that's my fault -forgot how low it was when I first got it and scraped it on the gutter when turning

Other then that the body is OK. Beside "just bite the bullet and respray it" any thoughts? Can I get away with touch ups on these areas for the next 6 months or so?

I would rock it like that and just save up for a paint job but thats just me

I spent a TON of time on my first car making the black paint look really good and started with paint way worse than yours. Of course, I was 16 and had TONS of free time. My paint is starting to do what yours is and I'm just polishing it when I get a chance, section by section, and holding out until I can do the whole car.

Dont bother with touch up now. Polish what you can if the clear isnt totally gone and save up. The engine and mechanical parts are all more important anyways.

I agree with it needing a respray. That colour will never blend well into the B pillars, it's the nature of fine grained metallics. Same with the other touch ups. A cheapie roof respray would look bad from day one.
Too bad it's not a solid colour, you could touch things up a lot easier. I hate blends in pillars so much, I painted roof and quarter panels on my car, will do the rest of the sides of the car later. But I'm lucky and have a white car, so I can get away with it a lot better.
Luckily for you, the body looks quite nice, it's just the clear coat and a few small chips letting it down. I reckon the door ding would come out with some gentle persuasion with a piece of rounded dowel, or use a paintless dent removal guy.
