Can anyone help me repair our Kenmore 70 Series washer?

Or point me in a direction? Yes its old, we just got it from a co worker for cheap and it was working fine, then friday, suddenly it just doesnt work anymore, does NOT turn on, wont work at all, cant figure out why, can anyone help?

I don't have that kind. I would kick it first, if it has been sitting. I guess after that I would check inside for a fuse, which I doubt is in there.

I think it's the selector switch. They use a thin piece of copper for a contact that gets worn out.

You should get some NOS for it too.

dude, this sucks, I tore it apart, (the right way) haha and turns out it was the wall socket, oh well, I learned alot in 15 mins. I can take on down to the motor in 5 mins now hahaha sweet.
