Can anyone explain this?

The last three days in a row when I've gotten home from work in the morning, my radio has been on and at full volume. Odd thing is, the power is a rocker switch and the volume is an analog dial.

The first night I was just like "Oh man I can't believe I left that on",but I made sure to shut it off before I left these last 2 nights, and I never listen at full volume. Also I don't have any pets and I live alone, I suppose ill unplug it from now on but I still can't figure it out.

I don't think I bumped it, its kind in the corner, but even if I did that doesn't explain the volume with the analog dial.

And if someone is breaking into my apartment that's kind of unsettling, maybe ill try the old tape across the door before I leave tonight.

And thing is, there's only one key for the door too, because my landlord had to give me a key the day I moved in (can't believe he wasn't expecting that...) and said he would give me the money to make him a key, but he never did so I never made him a key.
