I just replaced my Throttle body, TPS, and linkage.... it FEELS like I gained a shit load of power, my car FEELS much faster. The feel of the gas pedal change an awful lot as well, its much looser, the RPMS jump way fast with just the slightest touch...

Back to the question... its in the title!

well because of the fact that the intake air charge is measured before the TB and the fact that the amount of that air flowing through the TB is measured by the TPS then theroretically yes it could but i have no actual experience with this

The TPS does not measure any air flow amount and the only reason for adjustabillity is for the fuel cut during coast down (also known as decel fuel cut).

No a poorly adjusted TPS will not cause any performance issues, just possibly drivability issues and lose of fuel milage by an very small amount, but no power or performance issues.

Did you put a bored out TB on there or something? Cause there should not have been any change in engine operation without a change in bore size

Probably because of the linkage. Ever since I adjusted my throttle cable and accelerator linkage, the cars felt a bit more peppier.
