Buy the flanges and make the oil lines yourself, you'll save $100.

Every manifold is different, and the chances of buying a premade kit that will properly fit you're manifold is highly unlikely.

I ordered a boost logic oil line kit for my car ($200), when i got it, it was just summit branded oil lines, not even Earls..., so i returned it, bought flanges locally for $35, and called summit for the same lines for 1/3rd the price.

For fanges PM ARZ, or MDCmotorsports

I run a billet aluminum ARZ -10AN flange for the upper oil pan, and a MDCmotorsports T4 -10AN flange. Both have worked out great.

if you have to use an oil line feed adapter for your turbo (meaning, a bolt on flange not a screw in deal), do not use the o-ring ones. It will leak. Use a good quality gasket.
