Cam seals

What's the best way to remove a cam seal? Just pry it out with a screwdriver or is there a better way? Just thought I might ask before I jacked up my new head. Thanks

You can use a wood or drywall screw, and thread it into the seal face area. Then pull it out with pliers.

I find that works the best, as the seal has a metal insert so it gets a good grip.
