THX for your help MD! not to doubt you or anything but its not the same Autolite number listed on sparkplugs.com for that car. As far as spark plugs go im not gonna pretend to know what im talkin about cuz I dont but im tryin to learn. :1zhelp: I just dont understand how there can be so many differnt types of plugs, does it just dependant on engine knock like you wanna go as hot as possible before pre ignition but not too cold where it won't ignite all the fuel??

When you guys talk about liking different plugs are you refering to them making a little more power or the life of the plug as far as fouling out?

I know its not talked about alot on here but do u think its possible to experiment with different temp/design plugs and actually make a noticable power gain (5 HP or more) The RX-7 Rotary plugs look REALLY neat and got me thinking... I know I know curiosity killed the cat and would kill the 7M too but with all the differnt types of plugs out there dont u think there are ones that might work better? Anyone try use NA plugs in a T?

Ummm.

Don't run a hotter plug in your car. If anything, you want a colder plug. I personally run the NGK BCPR6ES plugs in mine. They are stock heat range and have ran well to 30 psi. Some people run the 7s in the same plug design. The 7s will not last as long due to the top not getting as warm.
