c12a's need to be lubed?

okay my c12a's haven't been ran 4 a while and one of them is not spinning very well. the other one seems to be fine but this guy told me it just needs to be lubed and cleaned. so he said pour some brake cleaner or something like that in to the turbo to clean it. could anyone tell me what he is talking about?

When you say not spinning very well, what do you mean? Car smoking? Making sounds?

Don't pour anything into your turbo... please...

the engine is not running now but when i try to spin the compressor turbine it hardly wants to move so i have to kinda force it to spin
