Alright, I was out at a local autowrecker today and I decided Id look for a car that has been lowered. I found a gay blue supra and started looking at the shocks. The front ones are silver, and I found the letters KYB engraved them. So im thinking, alright, this car must have been lowered.
The back shocks look like a darker blue, could these be tokico blues? I was just wondering if I should go ahead and buy them or not. They want to charge me $35 for each shock/spring. How the hell can I tell if the springs are stock or not? They have a bit of dirt and maybe a bit of corrosion on them.. But I believe there black. The car only has one wheel on it, the front wheels are taken off along with the back drivers side wheel. The rear passenger side seems to sit about an inch or so lower than the stock ride height.. But Im not sure if I can really go by this because its missing the other 3 wheels. Or would a car leaning like that make the it higher?
Whats your thoughts? Id like to buy them, since it would be cheap and I could finally lower my monster truck.
Help/opinions appreciated. :icon_bigg
