how do you burp a car after a MHG install? I have a waterfall sound and coolant leaking into overflow, but with no smoke, overheating etc. I was told it was probably my radiator. Even if it is still my radiator, im still interested in knowing how to burp my supra :)

Burp? Its bleeding, just like any other hydraulic system. As a goofy desiel mechanic once told me, "You got bubbles you got troubles". Just run the car with the heater blaring and fill the radiator to the brim. DO NOT PUT THE TOP ON! just let it warm up, be waiting because in a couple mins, the thermostat will open up and you need to fill the radiator as the coolant in your radiator is drawn into the motor. Be sure to squeeze the top and bottom coolant hoses to get any excess air off the bends of the hoses.

park it on a steep hill nose up or put the front on jackstands. take off the rad cap, start engine and rev it to about 2k for a min. there is a chance that coolant will bubble out of the rad alittle (happened to me) but it works, no more waterfall.

when im on the jackstands do i fill it as needed? or just let it circulate for a while? and how long do you do it for, because dont you need pressure to not boil the coolant?
