burping failed

I followed the instructions posted here

and after 20 min of idle with the heater on high air bubbles still rose up from my radiator

if it helps at all i changed my lower radiator pipe since it looked like it was gonna explode

got any ideas ?

You either have a hole in one of your coolant passages, or... ::bhg::

I'd recommend a coolant system pressure test

well i know it cant be a blown headgasket cause i already changed it

^^^ I hope that's the case. Just because the HG's been changed doesn't mean it seated and sealed properly or wasn't defective. But Jaguar's right, get the system pressure tested and eliminate the guess work.
