doesnt your radiator do the samething as this... i mean essentially its just another "radiator" with a cap but instead of venting all the air to the overflow it vents it to the atmos

So how do you hook it up? I don't understand how it works exactly. There are 3 nipples, does 2 go between something in the coolant system and the other top-most nipple for air out to overflow or something?

I come from a land down under
It's a swirl pot but I can't see it making a difference being in the overflow pipe!

Any I've seen have been plumbed so they're full flow ie: in the top hose.

But this raises an interesting question!

Would the Earth's Coriolis Effect effect how one designed in the Northern Hemisphere works if it was used South of the equator? ;)

If you factory system is working properly (no BHG) you won't have (or get) air bubbles in the system.
Once you burp the system correctly the first, your done. I replaced my head gasket 1 year ago. No bubbles, no 'waterfall' sounds, etc.

AND.....where you gonna put that thing, "higher than the radiator"????

Waste of $$$.

If you want something to purge the air out after having the cooling system open, there are professional tools to do it with.

I looked around the net, and it seems you need an air compressor to make them work (no 'hand-pumpers').
