Broken trans. wing mount

I've got turbo 5 spd and when changing motor mounts I realized that the passenger side transmission wing mount was snapped right in half. Do I need to replace this right away or should I be okay?

If I need to replace it, is it okay to just take out the bolts that hold the trans casing to the block?

The cast iron wing bracket broke or the trans bell housing broke?

If its the Wing you can do without it entirely. Its a good idea but its just Toyotas over-engineering strength just incase someone decides to rally race their Supra.

If its the bell housing...UH you probabaly want to fix that ASAP
