Does this car belong to anyone here? It's a grey 89+ with sawblades and I think it's n/a. Looked fairly decent. Didn't see why it was on the side of the exit, no visible flats or BHG puddle that I could see.

I was thinking about stopping and leaving a note of some kind, but didn't know what to say....

apparently it's been there for 3 days.... seems no one cares for it. wish I could contact the owner :(

Don't think I can do a LP search without having a cop friend (which I don't), and I don't believe carfax's have the names of the owners. COuld be wrong though...

We can't do that in WA. We can get in a lot of trouble. It violates the owners 4th Amendment rights.
