Holy crap, 6k for a kit? IMO that is too much for too little. For that price, you could have a full bolt on NA-T kit from a ton of reputable people and make a bunch more power.

add on an AFC or something similar and you have a 400+whp car.
or here

But if staying NA means that much to you, then by all means, run the stroker kit.

Check out www.clubna-t.com if you haven't already.

Import Performance Parts makes a stroker kit for the 7m's . This is directly from their site. Pretty awesome gains if u ask me, I'm guessing the 2js would gain even more power. After 4 months of Dyno Testing, our non-turbo DOHC motor produced 259 HP and 247lbs of torque. The Turbo produced 320HP and 315 lbs of Torque. Both figures were produced with only the Stroker Kit. As an option, much higher figures can be achieved with additional parts added to the engine. Here's a link to the site i got the info off of... http://www.importperformanceparts.net/imports/strokerkits_toyota2.html

is300: Don't tell em it's all internal there's no way they can tell :)

6K for 400cc seems a little excessive though it's NOT going to give you much of an increase in hp but should improve low to mid range torque so the car will "feel" much stronger.

If you wanna stay NA might I suggest an LS7, all aluminum 427ci V8 making over 500whp, c'mon it'd be fun, besides its not a sacralige to do so since its a NA MK4 anyways its basically a 2 door IS300 IMHO becuase I detest NA Supra's and all they stand for (economy, simplicity, and boredom).
