I bought a set of slotted rotors last year and have just gotten around to installing them. My question concerns the rust that could possibly form on the rotor hats. I would like to know if Brembo rotors come with a zinc or similar coating that prevents such corrosion from occuring. It would bother me to know how much was spent on these rotors just to have them look like hell after a years worth of use.
If they are not coated, can someone recommend a good high heat paint or other method of rust prevention. Thanks
