who has done this and how did you apply it? Did you spray it on the gasket on both sides or on the block or both?? I need help with this asap because i am dropping the head on the block when i get up. thanks for the help guys. o and the gasket is a hks metal headgasket. i think i should of went with the cometic though from what i have been hearing.

I've done it. The HKS is fine. You spray it on both sides of the gasket, let it sit for about 10, 15 minutes, then torque her down.

Exactly - this is the same way that I did it. My HKS has been fine so far, and I'm really not concerned about it, I'd say put it on and stop worrying.
