There's oil in my hks bov. What's wrong?

I think it's normal,unless its excessive. Are you running it back into the turbo inlet or venting to atmosphere?

The oil normally comes from your PCV system. Install a catch can to solve this for now, either that or rebuild your engine to fix any blowby that you have, which is causing the oil in your PCV system.

or could be a blown seal on the turbo's cold side....
