Hard to do with aftermarket units... but you could rig something up if you wanted to.

You'd need to buy pipe ends to block boths ends of the pipe, snug them on there with clamps, mount an air valve in one and pressurize the pipe to about 20psi.

Then use a vacuum pump to send vacuum to the BOV signal port.

I'd say the cars motor running while at idle should make for a nice vacuum source.
Or ANOTHER car's vacuum source while it's running....

Get this.

You pressurize it with an air compressor... then while it's holding at 20psi or whatever, pinch a vacuum line coming of a manifold of any other running car... while holding the vac line pinched in the middle... attach the open end to the bov.

Now let go of the pinch...

Yep I'd say any car would work. You could even pick up like an extra length of vacuum tube from from an Auto parts store in order to make your life easier.

Now when it has 20psi and I let go of the pinch, will it purdge (sp?) or do I look for excaping air??

Well, now that I'm thinking about it, I'm not sure if it will hold 20psi. Because the vacuum side of the BOV sees positive pressure when the car is boosting this helps to keep the BOV closed. So without the equivalent positive(or less) pressure on the vacuum side it may not stay closed. It won’t hold any more pressure than the internal spring is set for, without positive pressure on the vacuum side.

Go Dirgle! ;)

It will hold to the BoV spring pressure, I use lager than stock fittings and hose to the BoV to give it a helping hand when it's coming on boost.
(this lets the + pressure hit faster/harder)
