One of the below:
1) Buy a recirculation fitting for the SSQV and recirculate it into the accordian intake hose connected to the compressor inlet. The 7M-GTE comes with a recirculation fitting from factory.
2) Remove the SSQV vacuum line and plug it. This will disable the SSQV from working and you will be running with compressor surge.
3) Some aftermarket, standalone, or piggyback ECUs can compensate for charge loss induced by the blow off valve.

For some reason, my engine never stalls with the SSQV. From what I gather, it's a factory ECU. Really, really weird. I could never figure out why I was able to do this.

Not hooking up the vac line will ruin the turbo ;(....

Make sure the isc is good and clean. Then there is a dash pot mod you can do so it wont stall. Also the tps idle and ign timing need to be set properly.

My bov vented never stalled when i was 7m.

Usually happens if you're boosting and then let off the gas and push the clutch in to get on the brakes. Either engine brake or tap the gas and it doesn't happen.

In other words, fix the issue or change your driving habits.

Yes, if you recirculate it should fix it. For some reason, it seems like some ECU's allow it whilst others don't. If you go with maftpro or standalone eventually, it shouldn't stall either.
