ssq or the rfl or hks racing bov herd the hks racing bov is really quite




i have to get new one since i gonna be pushing to much boost and that kidna how my old turbo died on me

ok last year i blew up my turbo thanks to sugering so now i have to upgrade

and i am kinda tired of the ssq now so buying another one will not do it for me

i was thinking of runing a hks type 2 racing bov but i herd they don't sound loud past 20 plsu psi

and the one i am thinking of runing is turbo xs RFL i herd this bov has pretty big piston whith out it being to big witch can cause low psi surge


and same goes with the hks type 2 as well will it surge as low boost level's


all so i plan to push upwords of 25 psi

personally i agree with brent....i have never heard anyone complain about tial products. infact i was just reading about a pair of RX-7s[FD] boosting 22psi and 29+psi and both using tial BOVs

anyway if your paranoid about compressor surge, try running a Bosch 110 BY-Pass valve and a high boost[greddy R] BOV

at low boost you are assured the bosch will work and at high boost the bosch, if it leasks will recirculate

well from the car i have herd with them surg are low boost and high boost there dream

i herd 3 befor and of the3 all of them surg under low boost

and plsu doing a bosh thing is a deff no i run ffi intake so i really don't wana run a hose that long


so my big qestion is how big is the piston in the rfl and how muhc boost cna they hold i may even run 2 of them

Tial does not surge i would say you cant get a better quality BOV or wastegate than a Tial LOL......Surge

my buddy ran 28psi on a blitz w/out surge.

I run a HKS racing bypass valve because i had surging issues. The valve is quiet except for a small barely audable psh. It was cheap and i love it, i never had an issue with surge again.
