I've just bought my 88 supra turbo with a GReddy BOV and i tightened it down all of the way, when under high boost it squeels like a bad timing belt in an old car but its my BOV. what should I do?:1zhelp: Im sorry if there is already a thread on this, i could not find it.

Try backing out the screw some and drive it to test. If backing the screw out little by little and testing does not cure the problem, I'd say it's time for a new BOV. Fixing the diaphram will be more trouble than it's worth when you could get a new BOV for a similar price without the down time. BTW is the BOV stuck somehow? Are you loosing boost?

Easy and relatively inexpensive fix (except buying the BOV): cut the pipe off around the BOV, buy one of those pipes off ebay with your choice of brand of BOV inset welded in already, two silicon hoses on each side, 4 t-bolt clamps, and a new BOV to match the insert on the pipe, fixed.
