but it's been sitting for 4 years. I test drove it and It still runs like a champ. The oil needs changed, but other than that what else should I do to it? It only has 50,000 miles on the engine btw. Stock. Any suggestions as to what I should do upgrade wise?

there should be threads stickied on the 7mgte technical section...make sure you do all the maintenance section first and then proceed with power upgrades
Timing belt, water pump, check the spring tension on the timing belt tesnionor.
Flush the coolant, oil change. Check all rubber hoses. Look for any animals that may have eaten anything important. Put new gas in it, check tires for dry rot, chnage differential fluid, make sure the subframes are torqued own well.
Do a tune up.
