both turbo and supercharger

i have been wondering if it would be possible to turbo charge a supercharged vehicle, or visa versa. i have heard both yes and no. it seems doable, maybe not practical, but doable. is it possible?

it is possible to do it. People do it to prevent turbo lag, or to make up for the turbo lag. Or at least from those I hear. For instance my friend has a GTP, it is a super charged car, they have a turbo kit out for them.

but, how would the boost be. superchargers give full boost on wot, and a turbo has to build boost. so if you had both, how would......i'm confused.

the suprercharger is low end where as the turbo is high end power. by the time the supercharger is dying out the turbo kicks in. it just costs too damn much. i saw a suzuki 3 cylinder engine twin-charged with triple digit boost. explain that one. lol

I'm suprised that it hasn't yet been mentioned, but there was a twincharger kit available for the 4AGZE MR2 back in the day.
Might have been marketed by HKS, dunno.

the supracharger builds boost down low then has a possable clutch setup to disengage then lets the turbo take off from there
