my car feels like its not boosting.... almost like hitting fuel cut no matter what boost im running... all intercooler pipes are fine, the turbo shaft spins freely and little shaft movement, im just running open down pipe so nothing is clogging the exaust, my boost gauge goes to 0 until 4500 rpms, then it will go up to 10, then slowly back down.... i have checked everything that i can think of, could my turbo be going out??
