If ur running a stock hg don't run more than 6 lbs on that ge motor compresions are to high and a stock turbo is good to about 12 lbs so I've heard and a ebay waste gate is no dice they usually fail and in turn ur going to blo ur motor many people have resorted to swaping now 2j na-t isn't too expensive now a days parts r easy to come by

Webbs take some time with your posts... they're almost impossible to read.

People have run as high as 12psi for an extended period on pump gas and a stock HG. I think the longest running N/A-T on here is at 10psi though with a stock HG.

I'm sure you could calculate the CR given the actual compression psi.... or do you not know if it's been bored as well?

anyone other opinions on this X02 stuff??

the cylinders were bottle brush honed, not bored over. and the head gasket is steel-felpro(dont know thickness) i think he said, and studs were re-torqued after a few thoughsand km's got about 7,000kms on rebuild.

gonna go all gte electronics, with a front mount intercooler, prolly upgrade the turbo for fast spooling

thanks

it all depends on the condition of the motor and tuning

FYI, ive been NA-t with turbo electronics,OEM hg.for the past 3-4 years daily driven@13 psi.....no problems yet. (ct26,turboback,vpc....etc)

Well see if my motor holds up to the 61mm i have on the way :)

i wouldnt run a ebay wastegate either, tial FTW

Ebay tubular manifolds will crack.

As far as I know, there are no Tubular manifolds for the CT26.

Yes, the CT26 does have a internal wastegate.
